The Gospel Music Workshop of America is a Christian organization. Annually, it convenes singers, choirs, recording artists, composers, educators, dancers, and pastors to establish a central venue for gospel music.

GMWA was founded in 1967 by gospel legend, the Rev. James Cleveland.

Bishop Albert L. Jamison, Sr is the current Chairman of the Board of the GMWA. In recent months, LaShone Cleveland, the daughter of Rev. James Cleveland, has taken issue with the direction and trademark of the GMWA organization.

Nevertheless, the legacy of the GMWA is undeniable.

The performance division of the GMWA has produced such gospel hits as "What Shall I Do," "Order My Steps," and "Everyday is a Day of Thanksgiving,: among others.

Registration is $185 for the entire event, or $50 for daily passes. Seniors and chapter affiliated artists and groups are eligible for a discount.
