World-renowned Gospel music pioneer and pastor John P. Kee will b as a Trailblazer of Gospel at the 2025 BMI Trailblazers of Gospel Music Awards!
The 2025 BMI Trailblazers of Gospel Music Awards will take place at Flourish Atlanta in Atlanta, GA.
The invitation-only event will recognize John P Kee for his award-winning career spanning over 40 years.
Rev. John P. Kee was chosen because of his prolific contributions to contemporary Gospel Music, including writing for The Hawkins Family, Daryl Coley, Dorinda Clark Cole, Rev. James Cleveland, Bishop Rance Allen, and the Florida Mass Choir, to name a few.
He also been nominated for 8 Grammy Awards and has won 27 Stellar Awards!
BMI will also recognize songwriters, producers and music publishers of the past year’s 25 most-performed Gospel songs in the United States.
BMI is currently the largest music performing rights organization in the U.S. It advocates on behalf of songwriters.
The prestigious event is set for Thursday, April 3rd.
