Prayers are pouring in for Pastor Marvin Winans after a scary incident in church.
On Wednesday, October 16th, while teaching bible study at a church in Toledo, OH, Pastor Marvin Winans lost consciousness and collapsed onto the floor!
Congregants immediately rushed to help Bishop Winans.
Just a few months ago, Bishop Winans revealed that he was recovering from bladder cancer; however, he did not explicitly say if he was completely cancer-free.
Moreover, Pastor Winans has been in overtime to raise the necessary funds to re-start construction on the Perfecting Church campus at Woodward Avenue and Seven Mile in Detroit. Construction had been in limbo for over twenty years until an ultimatum from the city of Detroit forced Pastor Winans to resume construction and fulfill his obligation to the city.
In a video message, Pastor Winans attempted to quell fears about his health. While he stated that he's fine, he did confess that he will be "making changes" after the incident.
Nevertheless, please continue to pray for Pastor Marvin Winans. Let's hope that he emerges from the incident stronger than ever and that his health is indeed ok.
